Little 3 Mining Company Website

Led the complete redevelopment of Little 3 Mining Company’s Shopify website, transforming an outdated and inconsistent digital experience into a more refined, luxury-focused e-commerce platform. I independently managed the site architecture, navigation, UI development, product organization, collection structure, merchandising, copywriting, SEO, and visual presentation across 12+ customer-facing pages. The website build included 6 product collections, 30+ optimized product listings, 16 custom hero images, a redesigned homepage experience, updated product categories, and dedicated pages for experiences, landscaping, company information, contact, and supporting customer resources. I also created, photographed, edited, and refined imagery throughout the site to establish a cohesive visual identity and improve the overall customer journey. The redevelopment was supported by competitor research, SEO analysis, customer journey review, and brand auditing, helping align the website with Little 3’s goal of becoming a more current, premium, and collector-focused brand. Early performance improvements include a 32% increase in organic traffic, 42% increase in search impressions, 17% increase in product page views, and an 8% improvement in conversion rate, demonstrating the impact of the combined UI, SEO, merchandising, content, and customer-experience improvements.
